1: HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

2: DO YOU CHARGE SHIPPING COST?
Orders over $100 are free of shopping costs while orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $10 per order for standard shipping Australia wide.
3: WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESSING and SHIPPING TIME?
Orders will be processed in under 2 days and process orders can vary between 5 and 14 days depending on order volume. Shipping is Australia Post pending and shipping time is usually no more than 1 week.
4: WHAT ABOUT RETURN PROCESS AND TIME?
An item is received, inspected, and processed usually with 10 days. Return items will generally be guided by the order processing and shipping time mentioned above.
5: WHEN I GET REFUND?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
